Suggested serving size:
DIRECTIONS: Mix 1 scoop with up to 8 ounces of water, juice, or rice milk (Rice Dream Original Enriched). Mix well before drinking. For best results use a blender. The use of cow's milk or soy milk is not recommended with this product.
