Getting Started

  • 1. Fill out the Metabolic Assessment Form (MAF)
  • 2. Fill out the Neurotransmitter Assessment Form (NTAF)
  • 3. Adrenal Salivary Index & Hormone profile $149.
    Analysis included with Blood work fee.
  • 4. Blood work range $116-$229, other tests available if necessary at an additional cost. There is a $75 evaluation & report fee (required) which includes a functional analysis along with nutritional recommendations for metabolic support.
  • 5. Do the genetic cheek swab and stool antibody test Gluten Sensitivity Stool and Gene Panel Complete $369
  • 6. GABA challenge to see if you have "leaky brain" $10.50
  • 7. Clearvite 3 week program $28.95
  • 8. If not improved run GI short profile 10 - 14 days to look for yeast, parasites, fungus, bacteria, immunology and inflammation or the expanded (2100) that includes digestion & absorption $329
  • Fill out the Traditional Chinese Medicine Questionaire Form (TCM). Chinese herbal consultation $75 plus cost of the herbs
  • Fill out the Mind-Body Questionaire Form (MBQF)
